Frank Gerencser

Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder


Frank Gerencser is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of triOS Education Group, the parent company of triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc., Eastern College Inc., and Lifecycle Systems Corporation. He was recognized with the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal and the recipient of the University of Waterloo Faculty of Engineering 2018 Alumni Achievement Medal for Professional Achievement, his alma mater where he received his System Design Engineering degree. He sits on several boards, including the Career Colleges Ontario (CCO), and is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).

Stuart Bentley

Chair and Co-founder


Stuart Bentley is the Chair and co-founder of triOS Education Group, the parent company of Eastern College, triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc. and Lifecycle Systems Corporation. He has served on several private and public company’s board of directors and currently serves on the Board of AME Learning Inc., the New Brunswick Association of Private Colleges and Universities (NBAPCU) and is the New Brunswick representative on the National Association of Career Colleges (NACC) board. He is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and Chief Executives Organization (CEO). Stuart has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University.

Craig Donaldson

President


Since joining the triOS team in 2008, Craig Donaldson has been committed to creating an environment that best supports student success. Craig has made noteworthy contributions to the growth of our organization, including the execution of our successful merger with Eastern College, as well as launching innovative online programs and public private partnerships with Sault and Mohawk College. As President, Craig is passionate about delivering an exceptional educational experience to students and helping them gain the skills and expertise to realize their career goals. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria and is an active member of TEC Canada.

Wendy Churchill

Executive Vice President, Enrollment & Marketing


Wendy Churchill is the Executive Vice President, Enrollment & Marketing for triOS College and Eastern College. She has over 25 years of senior leadership experience in the Private Career College and Corporate Training industry and has led teams in admissions, academics, career services and operations. Wendy currently sits on the NACC Quality Education Committee and was elected to sit on the National Payroll Institute Code of Conduct board. Prior to joining the career college sector, Wendy worked extensively in the private corporate training sector and was the Senior Director for the leading Microsoft Training Partner, triOS Training Centres. During her leadership, triOS Training Centres won Canadian Microsoft Training Partner of the Year multiple times. Wendy has served on multiple advisory councils, including the worldwide Microsoft Advisory Council for educators, the Ontario Chambers of Commerce and Boards of Trade, and as President of the International Association of Microsoft Certified Partners.

Jayesh Makan

Vice President, Finance


With over 15 years experience in the Information Technology, Financial services, and Retail sectors, Jayesh Makan joined triOS and Eastern College as their Vice President, Finance in 2021. Prior to entering the career college sector, Jayesh was the Director of Finance for CaseWare International (Toronto, Canada), a global leader in auditing software solutions, as well as Alteram Solutions (Johannesburg, South Africa). As a Chartered Professional Accountant, he has also maintained a wealth of leadership roles such as the Head of Business Reporting at Edcon, one of southern Africa’s largest non-food retailer. Jayesh strives towards creating a productive and inclusive work environment, encouraging every team member to achieve their very best to collectively accomplish goals. Apart from dealing with auditors and the numbers, he enjoys the outdoor sporting activities with his two 2 boys.

Uzma Bhatti

Vice President, Career Services and Partnerships


Uzma Bhatti is the Vice President of Career Services & Partnerships. She has been with triOS College for over 16 years in the role of Instructor, Employment Specialist, Campus Director, and Regional Director of Operations. Uzma graduated from the University of Windsor with honours in Sociology, honours in Criminology and a Bachelor of Education. She is dedicated to the success of the international students in partnership with Sault College and ensuring support services are available to them in their new home country of Canada. She enjoys travelling and spending time with her family

Stephanie McCrae

Vice President, Operations


Stephanie McCrae is the Vice President of Operations for triOS College and Eastern College. She has been with the Colleges for over 10 years. In her many roles as an Instructor, Employment Specialist, Campus Director, Operations and Business Development she has a strong passion for student success. Previous to Education, Stephanies experience lies in Human Resources and Legal Services. Stephanie holds an Undergraduate Degree from York University, and two post-graduate Certificates from Seneca and Humber Colleges. She is currently completing a MSc in Innovation, Leadership and Management. As a people-oriented leader, Stephanie works to ensure both students and staff are engaged and motivated for success. Known to be approachable and empathetic, she strives to foster a positive educational experience both inside and outside the classroom for learners and educators alike. Recently, Stephanie has been passionate about delivering education in all modalities; online, hybrid, in class and remotely, giving students choice and eliminating barriers to education. Outside of work, Stephanie loves to travel, enjoys running and spending time with family.

Shamroz Masjidi

Vice President, Academic Services


Shamroz Masjidi is the Vice President, Academic Services for triOS College and Eastern College. He has been with the Colleges for over 3 years, most recently as Regional Director of Operations and Campus Director for the Toronto Southwest Campus . Prior to emigrating to Canada, he previously worked at American University of Afghanistan as Director of Communications and Public Relations as well as the Afghanistan Ministry of Finance as Director of Public Communications and Spokesperson. Shamroz has a Master of Arts in Global and International Studies from the University of Kansas as well as a BA in Political Science & Economics. He has extensive teaching experience in Canada and Afghanistan and has been active in post-secondary and higher education for the past 12 years. He is a recipient of the Ghazi Mir Bacha Khan Medal- Fourth Highest Civilian State Medal, and numerous Presidential appreciation letters of Afghanistan as well as a U.S. Department of State Fulbright Scholarship.

Shana Kapustin

Vice President, People & Culture


With over 20 years of human resources experience spanning diverse industries such as Information Technology, Print and Travel, Shana Kapustin joined triOS and Eastern College as the Vice President, People & Culture in January 2024. Her overriding goal is to align People & Culture strategies to business operations and needs, and to ensure that our employees are engaged, productive, and valued. Prior to joining the Education sector, Shana was the Head of Human Resources at TD SYNNEX Canada, a global IT provider, bringing technology products, services, and solutions to the world. Shana is a Certified Human Resources Management (CHRM) leader and holds a bachelor’s degree (BA) in Political Science, along with a secondary degree in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS). As giving back is a large part of her life, Shana also sits on the Board of Directors of Girls Inc. of York Region as well as the Board of Directors of York Hills Centre for Children, Youth & Families and was a Text Crisis Responder with Kids Help Phone for three years.
