Eastern College Renews Scholarship with Indspire

November 10th, 2021 / By Eastern College

Eastern College extends its partnership with the Indspire organization to offer scholarships. Indspire is a national Indigenous registered charity that invests in the education of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis people for the long-term benefit of these individuals, their families and communities, and Canada. Eastern is delighted to continue its existing partnership with the organization which provides additional financial support to Indigenous students looking to start a new career through higher education.

“We are proud to continue this great scholarship opportunity with Inspire,” said Stuart Bentley, President of Eastern College. “Through this partnership, we’ve been able to assist more Indigenous youth in taking the next steps in their careers. We value our students and think it’s important to provide support where we can.”

Indspire’s mission is to enrich Canada through Indigenous education and by inspiring achievement. Eastern College is happy to support this mission by assisting with a scholarship program to provide additional financial support to indigenous youth who qualify. The scholarship recipient will receive $4000 toward the cost of their tuition. To learn more about the Eastern College and Indspire partnership visit the scholarship’s page.
