triOS Corporation appoints Craig Donaldson as Chief Operating Officer for triOS College and Eastern College

We are pleased to announce a significant transition in the executive leadership of triOS College and Eastern College. Effective Thursday, February 1st, 2024, Mr. Craig Donaldson will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Craig brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to his newest position. As Executive Vice President, International, Craig was instrumental in developing and leading our public partnerships with Sault College and Mohawk College. 

His appointment as Chief Operating Officer is a natural progression and is a reflection of his exemplary service and dedication to the organization, our staff, and our students. It is also a testament to the confidence and trust that Frank Gerencser, CEO, Stuart Bentley, President, and our Board of Advisors place in his vision for the future of our organization. 

Craig is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria. Craig joined the organization as Director of Finance and Administration in 2008 and led our Finance and Administration teams as Executive Vice President of Finance until 2019. Over the years, he has made numerous significant contributions including organizing the successful acquisition of Eastern College in 2014, implementing our Online Training division in 2019, and launching and growing our International Student partnerships beginning in 2019. 

In his new role as Chief Operating Officer, Craig will oversee the Operating Divisions of both triOS College and Eastern College, which will now include Academic Services. He will also play a continuing role in leading our public-private partnerships. His experience, leadership, and passion for delivering an exceptional educational experience for students will ensure that triOS College and Eastern College continue to thrive in an increasingly competitive and dynamic educational environment.
